E-Crete is Americas latest option of cement resurfacing products available for floors and other compatible substrates. What does E-Crete offer that makes it different and stand out from all the others?

The first treason that makes it different is Ez-One: this product is green in more ways than just its component parts. One big contributor to greenhouse gas, which depletes the ozone layer in the atmosphere, is the amount of fuel used transporting material to the point of usage. Normal cement resurfacing material requires shipping over a ton of cement aggregate to coat up to a 1000 square feet. Ez-One only requires 150lbs, therefore it takes 700% more energy to move goods on site using the conventional materials. It’s the same principal as using your car to transport one person to work or carpooling several.

The second reason is the volatile organic carbon content, Ez-One contains none therefore is not contributing to ozone depletion and global warming. Even the sealers are zero or extremely low VOC and user friendly.

By using a system called micro veneer the amount of material needed to complete a project is dramatically reduced and easily transported by the applicator on site. There are three main powder veneers designed for specific tasks. EZ-One is a fine finishing veneer for coating under ¼” feathering to almost zero with a PSI of 4500 lbs per square inch. E-Rock is a versatile veneer that can be applied both horizontally and vertically as well as used as a self leveling option for resurfacing bad floors, its PSI is up to 8000 lbs per square inch. The two systems above require a polymer additive to achieve their functions and optimum strength. The third veneer and the latest addition to the range is E-Rock Drymix, an option where only water is required for the mix, PSI is over 6000 lbs a square inch . It can be applied both vertically and horizontally in an easy to apply form. Both E-Rock option offer the option of adding lightweight additives for vertical use, allowing applications of up to 2” thick when coating wire frame to create simulated rock.
